- [ ] [Website] Create a landing page for your podcast with email sign-up waitlist and an offer (eg. sign up early and get extra behind-the-scenes content when we launch)
- [ ] [Website] Connect your website to Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel to better track your traffic sources.
- [ ] [Email] Connect an auto-triggered welcome email for your email waitlist.
3+ Weeks Before Launch
- [ ] [Distribution] Publish your trailer on your Podcast Host so that your content is set up to be distributed across directories (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts and others).
- [ ] [Cross-promotion] Send a note to podcasts with similar audiences asking for partnerships or try to see if you can be a guest on some of these podcasts.
- [ ] [PR] Work on outreach and pitch to industry press targets within your niche. Have a solid pitch and the email addresses of the editors/publications. Be succinct and show value.
One Week Before Launch
- [ ] [Email] Send out an email to your waitlist audience with the podcast trailer, saying the launch is a week away.
- [ ] [Social Media] Create audiograms with platforms like Wavve or Headliner and post them to your different social channels as part of a coutdown to launch

Day Before Launch
